Colored Drawstring Trash Bag

Yuxing® is a professional plastic bag manufacturer in China. Colored drawstring trash bags are one of their main products. The main difference between them and black drawstring garbage bags is the color. Different colors can be used for garbage sorting according to different usage areas.

Colored drawstring garbage bags are made from standard materials such as PE and HDPE, and do not use recycled materials. The color is added using food-grade masterbatch, which complies with relevant safety certifications and contains no harmful substances.

Molding Process

Film Blowing: After the raw material pellets are heated and melted in an extruder, they are blown into a tubular film using a film blowing machine. Film thickness must be precisely controlled, with an error of no more than ±0.1 micron. Too thin will easily break, while too thick will waste raw material and feel stiff. The film blowing temperature (180-220°C) is adjusted to ensure uniform transparency and the absence of bubbles (colorful models must ensure a uniform color without color shifts or spots).
Bag Making and Drawstring Insertion: Colored drawstring garbage bags are cut and heat-sealed using a fully automatic bag-making machine. The edge width is controlled at 5-8mm (too narrow an edge can cause cracking). The heat-sealing temperature is adjusted based on the material (200-220°C for HDPE and 180-200°C for LLDPE) to ensure a secure and leak-proof edge. The drawstring is inserted on both sides of the bag opening using a mechanical automatic threading device to ensure symmetrical placement and smooth pulling. (The drawstring pull-off force is tested on a sample of each batch; it must be ≥30N to pass the test.)

As a manufacturer, Yuxing® offers standard sizes and specifications for colored drawstring trash bags, as well as custom sizes.

Customization: We can customize specific sizes (such as 80*100cm and 90*110cm) based on the customer's trash can size (e.g., large-capacity commercial trash cans), while also adjusting the drawstring length to accommodate the larger bag size.

Functional Customization: We offer a "bacteria-resistant colored version" (with medical-grade antimicrobial agents) for medical applications, a "oil-proof and leak-proof reinforced version" (double-layered bag with thickened edges) for catering, and a "portable small package" (20 pieces/roll, suitable for small families) for e-commerce customers.
