Colored Sorted Trash Bag

Colored sorted trash bags are used for sorting and storing household waste. They can be sorted by color and are a common cleaning product. Base Materials

Select plastic pellets with different properties based on the target application of color-coded waste sorting bags (e.g., leak-proof for food waste, lightweight for recyclables).
1. HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene): Features high strength, puncture resistance, and leak-proof properties, suitable for food waste (green) and hazardous waste (red).
2. LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene): Features flexibility, lightweight, and easy cleaning, suitable for recyclables (blue).
3. PE Composite (HDPE+LLDPE): Features balanced strength and flexibility, suitable for other waste (gray/black).
4. Masterbatch Selection: Select the color based on the application requirements.

Environmental protection and pollution reduction

The production process of colored sorted trash bags must also take environmental considerations into account. Environmental impact is minimized through optimization of raw materials, processes, and recycling.
1. Environmentally friendly raw materials: Traditional PE raw materials are gradually replaced with biodegradable materials, particularly for food waste bags, achieving "combination degradation of waste and bag" and reducing plastic pollution.
2. Energy-saving processes: Utilizing a "variable frequency extruder" (reducing energy consumption by 15%) and a "waste heat recovery system" (increasing heat utilization by 20%) reduces energy consumption during production. Solvent-free inks are used in the film blowing process to minimize VOC emissions.
3. Waste recycling: Leftover scraps (such as trimmings) generated during the production process are crushed, cleaned, and re-granulated (only pure PE materials, not those without masterbatches or additives) for use in other garbage bags (with lower color and purity requirements).
